Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, or in person at our shop located at Interfina House, Suite 401, Nairobi.
Full payment is required before dispatch or upon pickup.
We accept M-Pesa, cash, and bank transfers.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services within Nairobi and to regional customers (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Somalia, Jordan).
Shipping costs vary depending on location and package size.

Due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Items must be returned unopened and in original condition.
