1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Same-day dispatch is available for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • We deliver across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Somalia, and Jordan using trusted courier services.

  • Delivery charges vary depending on location and package size.

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number or delivery confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (raw ingredients and cosmetics), we have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7 business days.


3. Product Usage Policy

All products sold by All Organics Store are for external use and cosmetic formulation purposes only.

  • Always conduct a patch test before full use.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse effects due to incorrect handling or mixing.

  • We advise consulting a certified formulator or skincare expert when in doubt.


4. Pricing Policy
  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

  • Prices may change based on market availability or import costs.

  • We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.


5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and handle your information with care.

  • Personal details (name, phone number, delivery address) are collected strictly for order fulfillment and customer support.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

  • Your data is stored securely and only accessible by authorized personnel.


6. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • M-Pesa

  • Cash on pickup (Nairobi only)

  • Bank Transfer (on request)

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Payment confirmation must be sent to us via WhatsApp for verification.
